UMUAHIA — Abia State High Court presided over by Justice Benson Anya has ordered the Nigerian government to pay the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, the sum of N1 Billion over infringement of his fundamental rights.
