The former national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole, on Wednesday night, said in life, we are meant to win and lose but life goes on.

The former governor who spoke for the first time about the outcome of the last Saturday’s governorship election in Edo State, in which his party lost to the opposition People’s Democratic Party (PDP) added that losing was part of life.

On his personal gymnasium where he uploaded a video, the former Labour leader was philosophical as he said that life was about losing some and winning some.

He said, “In life, you work hard and leave God for the outcome. You do your best and trust God to bless your efforts. I feel good, I feel strong, thank God. In life, you win some and you lose some but life goes on.”

Oshiomhole noted that he was aware that “a lot of people will be thinking now, ‘oh, Comrade must be down’. But I’m not down. When God says you are not down, you are not down and I am not down.”
