The remix of Prettyboydo’s “Chop Elbow’ is that song where you can read the minds of young Nigerians trying to find their ways to the top in a country of many obstacle.

In the song remix, D-O heightens hid gripes over the consistent and uncontrolled social conditions of the Nigeria milieu.

Teaming with Falz, the usual image of righteous anger becomes vivid, making the tract a conscious documentary of the Nigeria’s social imbalance.

D-O and Falz are both Nigerians who have direct contact with the Nigeria broken system, and they both make the conscious track on bonkers beat.

In an interview where D-O talks about the ‘Chop Elbow,’ the rapper discloses the muse behind the conscious track.

The rapper said he is often stopped by the Nigerian police without genuine reason, mostly because of his tattoos, and police often extorts him.

He recollects the most annoying experience when the police take his last 40k from him, this gets him annoyed as he has nothing left with him.

This in turn becomes the muse behind the song that has documents the Nigeria police brutality, extrajudicial killings and other socio-political dilemma Nigeria has found itself in.
