Hajiya Hamsatu Allamin, Executive Director of Allamin Foundation for Peace and Development, has announced that it will soon launch a book titled “Boko Halal”, meaning education is allowed.
Hajiya Hamsatu stated this Sunday at Darul Quran Islamic School Kwanan Yobe area Maiduguri during the public presentation of the Peace Manual and flag-off of Peace Clubs in Islamic Schools.
“Peace in Islamic primary and secondary schools across Borno State will no doubt go a long way in demystifying Boko Haram ideology and extremism which have brought untold hardships to people in Borno and the Northeast for almost 12 years.
“The book contained 10 chapters and 163 pages to demystify the words Boko Haram which emanated as a result of low level of education and illiteracy,” she added.
