The relationship between Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing Sunday and Ekiti-born politician, Opeyemi Falegan has hit the rocks.
The estranged couple made this known when they confirmed their broken relationship in separate videos on Instagram.
Although the duo was believed to be married, the actress revealed on Wednesday that she was never married to Falegan, to the astonishment of many.
While announcing the news of their breakup, Falegan referred to Nkechi as a lesbian, noting that he does not want to taint his image by associating with her.
He said, “I don’t want to be known for any notoriety or anything controversial. I have a name, that name is my pride. I want to be known as someone who added value to people and who will keep doing the work for people.
“I have a name that I am trying to protect here. Anything at all, husband of who? Where did you see the husband? I’m not the husband of a lesbian, put some respect on my name.”
Reacting, the actress went on Instagram live video and confirmed the split, admitting that she’s a lesbian as Falegan had alleged.
The actress, while beating her chest in rage, said, “I am coming out with my full chest. I am a lesbian. What now happened? Shouldn’t that show you that you are not sexually competent?
“I am a lesbian, so should life now stop? Should life end as a result of that? You say I am a lesbian, yes with my full chest, I am a freaking lesbian if that’s what you want to hear.”
Nkechi also mocked her estranged lover, Falegan by stating that he can’t perform well in bed which has made her purchase several adult toys as an alternative.
She then showed her followers a bag containing the sex toys she uses to satisfy herself sexually.
Hours after she revealed that she’s a lesbian, the actress disclosed in an Instagram post that a lot of lesbians have begun hitting her up, asking her out.
“Uncle say I be leele…now see fine girls for my DM. Omg! Ya all want some sugar? Oya line up,” she wrote.
