Former Lagos governor, Bola Tinubu’s presidential campaign Director-General, Abdulmumin Jibrin has dumped the All Progressives Congress, APC.
He announced this via his Twitter handle on Saturday.
The former House Appropriation Committee chairman who has been leading support groups for presidential hopeful, Tinubu across northern Nigeria did not disclose why he decided to leave the ruling party.
He said he would announce his new party and make an official statement soon.
“I have done my best for APC. It’s time to move on. I will announce my new political party within the next 24 hours Insha Allah. I will make a formal statement in due course,” Jibrin tweeted.
