One of the biggest reality TV shows in Africa, Big Brother Naija, is set to hit our TV screens anytime soon.
The show, which has rocked the entertainment industry with six engrossing editions, and produced celebrities like Mercy Eke, Laycon, Whitemoney, amongst others has officially begun its audition for season 7.
The announcement of the auditioning for this year’s edition of the reality TV show, which commenced on Sunday, May 15, 2022, was done on the official social media pages of the Big Brother Naija on Sunday.
The announcement read, “Biggie is calling you back home.
“#BBNaija Season 7 auditions are officially open, are you the next Efe, Miracle, Mercy, Laycon or Whitemoney?
“This is your time to show Biggie what you’re all about. Audition now!”
Interested participants are expected to log on to www.africamagic.tv/BBAudition to fill out the online registration form and upload a two-minute video of themselves stating why they should be picked to be a BBNaija season 7 housemate.
The online audition is free and open to interested male and female participants, who are of Nigerian nationality with a valid identity document. They must also be 21 years of age by July 1, 2022.
Big Brother Naija Season 7 start date has not been announced, but judging from previous editions, the reality TV show is likely to kickoff in June/July 2022.
Media personality and ex-housemate, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu who has hosted the past five editions of the show will return as the host of BBNaija Season 7.
The auditions will close on May 30, 2022.
