Damini Ogulu, the Nigerian singer better known as Burna Boy, has become the first African artist to solo headline a stadium concert in the United Kingdom.
On Saturday, June 3, 2023, Burna Boy sold out the 80,000-capacity London Stadium for his remarkable ‘Love, Damini’ concert, making history as the first African artist to achieve this feat in the UK.

The singer delivered an electrifying performance of his 19-track album, ‘Love, Damini’ alongside some of his hit tracks in two hours with the excited crowd screaming the lyrics back to him.
Burna Boy also enlisted international artists like Stormzy, Dave, Jhus and Jamaican vocalist Popcaan as guest performers at the concert
The singer was presented with a plaque for the record-breaking achievement.
