Bauchi State Governor, Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has charged Traditional Rulers in the state to continue with unwavering support to security agencies in the state to enable them to deal with all security breaches across the state.

The Governor gave the charge Thursday when traditional rulers led by Alh. Dr. Rilwanu Suleiman Adamu, the Emir of Bauchi and Chairman of the Bauchi State Traditional Council paid him a courtesy visit in his office.

The governor who thanked them for the visit, expressed gratitude for their unwavering support of his administration’s success, pledging that his administration will continue with programmes that would be impactful to the citizens of the state.

He explained that traditional rulers have been instrumental to achievements recorded by his administration, pledging that the government will continue to work with them for development to thrive in the state.

Earlier, the leader of the delegation, Alh. Dr. Rilwanu Suleiman Adamu, the Emir of Bauchi and Chairman of the Bauchi State Traditional Council said their visit is to congratulate him over the Supreme Court verdict which affirmed his re-election.

He said the Council of Emirs was satisfied with the initiatives and policies of Governor Bala’s administration that were developed as evident across the state due to inclusiveness in governance.
