Crime & SecurityNewsNigeriaHorror in Ezeagu Enugu as Decomposing Bodies were Found in Native Doctor’s Shrine

The abduction of an innocent 13-year-old girl exposed the horrific activities of a native doctor in Umuojor Village in Isiagu community of Ezeagu Local Government Area in Enugu State.

The young girl was walking with her father to the farm when Obi Levi Obieze’s cohorts pretending to need the help of the girl’s father, took his cutlass and abducted the young girl.

The father then sought the help of the community vigilantes, and the search for the girl led them to the native doctor’s den.

Two decomposing bodies, a male and a female, were discovered buried in a concrete-sealed pit within an uncompleted building owned by Obieze.

Report of investigations by the Nigeria Police Force reveal that the deceased were recently murdered and buried in the pit by the suspects for ritual purposes; this same fate would have befallen the girl but for the timely intervention.

Meanwhile, the Police of the Umumba Division arrested three suspects in connection with the crime: Uche Kingsley Agumba, aged 33; Ilo Nweze Onyedikachi, aged 36; and Ejike Odinwankpa, aged 38.

Obi Levi Obieze is also known as High Chief Levi Onyeka Obu, Ezeani, and E-Dey-Play-E-Dey-Show.

His den has been demolished by the Enugu State Government in line with its policy of destroying properties used for nefarious activities.
