Ambassador Kabiri Rabiu

“The truth is that when l began to notice some symptoms l invited NCDC officials to come to my residence in Kano and take specimens for investigation and the result came out on  Saturday to be positive.

“Contrary to the erroneous impression created by Naijalivetv, I invited NCDC to come and take me to the isolation centre where l have been since yesterday.

“Pls help me clarify the wrong impression that l “run away from the hospital.” He stated in a message.

The former Ambassador had recently traveled to Lagos State – where it is believed he made contact with the virus. From Lagos, he traveled to Abuja where he began displaying symptoms of the disease.

He has since been moved to the isolation centre in Kwanar Dawaki, Kano.

The former Ambassador is suspected to have had contacts with an unknown number of persons in Abuja.
