The Minister of State for Education, Dr. Yusuf Sununu says the Federal Government will enroll over 10million out-of- school children into schools to improve their living standard.

The Minister stated this when he paid a visit to the Kebbi State Deputy Governor, Senator Umar Abubakar in his office at Birnin Kebbi.

“The federal government under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was planning to revive the National Commission for Adults and Almajiris Education to give out of school children including Almajiris quality education with skills acquisition for better society,” he said.

Sununu condoled with the people and government of Kebbi State over the death of famous Islamic scholar, Sheik Abubakar Giro Argungu, who died recently after a brief illness.

Responding, the Kebbi State Deputy Governor, Senator Umar Abubakar lauded the federal government’s initiative to bring back out of school children and Almajiris education programme in the country.

Abubakar who congratulated the Minister over his appointment as Minister by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu thanked him for the visit.
