Popular Indian actress, Priyanka Chopra, on Friday, 21st of January, announced the arrival of her newborn baby. She confirmed that she and her partner, Nick Jonas welcomed their baby through a surrogate.
On a post on Instagram she wrote: “We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family. Thank you so much.”
With the help of science, different methods of birthing a child abound. Like other options, surrogacy is being embraced by desired parents and couples. Last year, Nollywood actress, Ini Edo, also confirmed having her baby girl via surrogacy.
