The Court of Appeal on Wednesday nullified the conviction of a former National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, Olisa Metuh. This was based on the grounds of bias allegedly exhibited by the trial judge who sentenced him to seven years’ imprisonment for money laundering charges in February 2020.
