Access Bank Coalition Against COVID-19 on Monday donated medical equipment to Adamawa state government to support the efforts in containing the spread of coronavirus pandemic in the state.
The consignment includes 100 each of beds, mattresses, pillows, bedside tables, drawers, lockers, bedsheets, and three ventilators.
Presenting the items at Specialist Hospital, Yola, the Manager of Access Bank, Yola branch, Malam Danjuma Mustafa said the items were meant to help the state in the fight against COVID-19.

” This is part of the bank contribution in helping the state in it’s bid efforts to contain the spread of novel Coronavirus.
“The state containment committee has done a lot and highly commendable,” he said.
Receiving the items, Prof. Abdullahi Isa, the state commissioner of Health who was accompanied by some commissioners thanked the bank for the donation.
He said the government and State COVID-19 Containment Committee appreciated the gesture of Access Bank and urged other philanthropic individuals and organizations to emulate for the benefit of the state.
