On Monday, September 7, the terrorist attacked two different towns of Yar Kaita and Garka area of the Nahuce in which they killed one person, kidnapped three youths, and injured many others.

In a call recording voice, one of the terrorists was heard demanding a 100 million naira before they could release the kidnapped victims.

The people of Nahuce said the terrorists mostly come in the midnight to attack an identified target.

‘’On September 11, 2018, the first attack in the Sabon Gari area of the local government was recorded in which Alhaji Ibrahim Sanko suffered the major casualty.

‘’They returned to the Yar Kaita area and destroyed the properties of Alhaji Yusuf Na’abu on July 22, 2020, ‘’ said security sources.

Another attack was at the residence of Alh Badamasi Nahutawa Petroleum on August 6, 2020, at Sabon Gari Area of Nahuche.

Attacks had continued in many parts of Zamfara State despite efforts by the State Government to reconcile with the terrorists a clear indication that the reconciliation with the terrorists is not yielding any positive result.

‘’ Is not yielding any result and that’s why we are asking the government to reconsider its decision,’’ Mr. Mu’azu Yahya a resident of Gusau has asked.
